NSY/LHY Series High Temperature Vitriol Pump

Summary

To adapt to the demand of technical development of sulfuric acid, our company, together with Metal Research Institute of China Academy of Sciences, Chemical Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, has developed model NSY-series submerged pump for thick sulfuric acid. The pump has been successfully used in many sulfuric acid factories. Model NSY pump for thick sulfuric acid has the following features:
1. Developing and choosing best hydraulic model of pump, and making sure that it has stable running performance, high efficiency and energy-saving.
2. Developing and choosing updated corrosive-resistant materials in the country. The flow contacting parts are made of XY-21, XY-31 alloy metal, while other parts are made of special corrosive-resistant cast iron.This can make sure that the life of the pump can be further extended.
3. Widely absorbing the advantages of structure design of sulfuric acid pump from home and aboard, increasing the length of suction pipe. This can make sure thatthefeasibilityofpump can be enforced, so the pump can run more smooth and reliable.
4. The pump series is of high standardization. It has high universality and good interchange ability. It is easy to disassemble and repair.
